Thank you so much for your order — we truly appreciate your support! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If your item doesn't fit or you’ve had a change of heart, we're happy to accept returns, exchanges, or issue full refunds, provided the items are returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability.
If your preferred size or item is no longer available, we’ll be happy to:

- Offer a full refund, or

- Help you select a different item, or

- Issue a store credit of equal value.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, simply email us at info@05avenue.com with:

- Your order number, and

- The details of the item you'd like to exchange.

- We’ll get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
